A great space for food, portrait, or boudoir photography!

The front section of the studio has a king size bed, modern couch, tables, and chairs with natural lighting from the street-facing front window.

The back half of the studio provides control over lighting. There's many colorful backdrops, a kitchen, bathroom, prop collection, rolling TV cart, outlets, cords, tables, and chairs.

On the street facing door there is a lock box. Enter the code and hit unlock. The lid will open and a key will allow you to unlock the door. Then replace the key and close the lockbox. Your combo will be active through your rental period.

There is a parking lot in the back with 2 included spaces, metered parking in front of the studio, and also a paid parking garage next to the studio.

• Only use of the space is allowed. Use of the hallway and other common areas is NOT allowed.

• Please be respectful of other tenants in the building; do not block doorways, keep noise levels normal.

• No smoking

• Alcohol is allowed, but cannot be sold on-site.

• Outside catering is allowed.

• No nailing or puncturing walls/floors to hang objects, etc.

• Empty trash at the end of your booking in the alley dumpster on Wheeler Ln.

• Non-compliance with the rules or disorderly conduct based upon the judgement of the studio-space manager can result in cancellation of reservation and removal of all individuals under reservation from building.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
